Itally supports Made in Italy with a view to enhancing sustainable fashion and the Italian traditions of the manufacturing sector and ethical philosophy, thus promoting a type of fashion which is the opposite of mass production.

It is precisely starting with the figure of the craftsperson, and their story, that Itally intends to enhance the old culture of the Italian manufacturing industry, putting it back at the centre of the Made in Italy fashion industry.

We are always looking for Italian craftspeople, with their products and stories to tell. To introduce yourself and request to become a partner of Itally you can fill out the “contacts” form on our web site. Or if you prefer, you can write to the email address of our marketing manager: ebaldini@ital.ly or directly to the email address of Itally: info@ital.ly introducing yourself and entering links, documents or any useful material for telling your story. We are eager to get to know you!

After getting to know the craftsperson, it will be up to our experts to select the products that are best suited to the spirit of the Itally platform. A job done together with the craftsperson, so as to gain a better understanding of the products and get the most from them.

Itally uses Paypal and Stripe. We have chosen these payment gateways for their convenience, reliability and security.

At the moment, Itally ships to the following countries: Spain, France, Italy, Germany and the UK. But we are working on expanding our possibilities!

One or more items can be returned entirely free of charge and for any reason within 28 days of receipt of the goods.

The return is free of charge for the customer. Simply wrap the package with the consignment note for returns, downloading the returned goods authorisation form (RMA) from the web site and following the instructions. The returns will be collected by the carrier.

There are no shipping or return costs.

Itally will deliver standard * goods to your home within 5 days after the order has been sent, aiming to ensure delivery within 72 hours. For countries outside the EU, delivery will take about 10/20 days, and also for all customised work, out of stock and exclusive items, since they require more craftsman work. We know that customers are impatient to receive our products but sometimes quality requires more time. It is worth the wait, believe us.

* does not include customised, out of stock or exclusive products (the delivery period in this case may be as much as 20 days for these types of goods).

After starting the return procedure, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the order. You can follow the progress of the refund from your account.
